But research conducted shows there is no concrete evidence that suggests that this vitamin has any impact on hair loss. There was some evidence that biotin might work when taken with zinc, but again not enough evidence is there to support the theory.
What’s more, many dietitians and nutritionist say that if anyone consumes good amounts of healthy foods that contain these elements naturally, will not have to go through severe hair fall or any other kind of skin condition.
